I'm an Associate Licensed Counselor and Trauma Recovery Coach in Birmingham, Alabama. I'm also a Certified Trauma Professional and Brainspotting Practitioner! I earned my M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Montevallo, and my B.Sc. in Psychology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
After escaping abuse and embarking on my own healing journey, I chose to pursue a career as a counselor. I offer counseling services within the state of Alabama, and coaching services worldwide!
My special interests include trauma healing, abuse recovery, and attachment work.
When I'm not doing therapy or coaching, I enjoy nature walks with my husband and our dog Bubba, trips to the bookstore, painting, and cooking. I love Halloween and celebrate it year-round!
